Agreement: This agreement is between Cash for Corvettes, herein after referred to as CFC, and a Corvette owner owning a Corvette in the United States, herein after referred to as Owner.

Term: The term of listing shall be for one year (365 days) commencing from date of payment, or until Owner’s Corvette sells, if sooner. Listing may be cancelled unconditionally at any time. If listing is cancelled at any time by Owner, Owner must submit to CFC a fee to resubmit their listing.

Payment: Payment must be made at time of registration via PayPal or Money Order. There will be no refunds on any listing once submitted. The maximum number of changes allowed to your listing shall be no more than 5 (five) changes per 90 days. Additional changes to listings will incur a $5 processing fee. Maximum size for pictures is 80k in either JPG or GIF format. Pictures sent in excess of this size will be reduced in size at CFC’s discretion.

Owner Information: Owner agrees to notify CFC of any change to contact information. It is the Owner’s responsibility to verify information is accurate once it is submitted, and agrees to hold CFC harmless for errors, omissions or misinformation contained herein.

Any fraudulent information submitted to CFC by Owner once discovered by CFC shall result in immediate termination of listing, for cause. Listing may be reinstated within 30 days of termination by rectifying cause of termination; fees paid will not be prorated or refunded in the event of termination. Upon termination, all listing information and any other data stored will be removed from the website. It is the terminated Owner’s responsibility to keep backups for said data, and in no case will CFC be liable, either directly or indirectly, for data loss due to termination. Upon reinstatement, Owner shall be responsible for all fees and/or charges necessary to reconstruct, retrieve or recreate lost entries or data.

CFC agrees to maintain the listing and to effect changes within seven business days of notification by eMail. CFC agrees to promote the website in ways consistent with Internet promotion, including Search Engine placement, ratings, Links, and targeted eMail campaigns as deemed appropriate by CFC staff. CFC will make every effort to verify corrections and to make listing updates that reflect those corrections in a timely manner.

CFC does not guarantee the sale of any Corvette.

This represents the entire agreement between CFC and Owner. CFC reserves the right to change the aforementioned terms at any time.
